KATHMANDU, MARCH 28: Siddhi Hydro Company Limited and Citizens Capital Limited have signed an agreement on initial public offering (IPO) issue management. Santosh Raj Nepal, the Managing Director of Siddhi Hydro, and Sabir Bade Shrestha, the CEO of Citizens Capital, inked it on behalf of their respective organisations during a program held today in the capital.
As per the newly reached deal, Citizens Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited, will manage the issuance of ordinary shares of Siddhi Hydro Company Limited to the related locals and the general public as well. Siddhi Hydro Company Limited is developing its 10 MW hydro project named “Siddhi Khola” located in the Ilam District.
