Kathmandu, Nov 21.Ncell Private Limited on Thursday officially inaugurated its new Ncell Centre in Pushpa Lal Chowk- 2, Nepalgunj.
Adeel Israr, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Ncell inaugurated the Ncell Centre of Nepalgunj in a new set up that goes in line with the company’s new brand promise Today, Tomorrow, Together. The Centre provides all customer services from a single touch-point.
Marking the special occasion of opening of the new Centre, customers purchasing new SIM cards from this Centre will get 1 GB data for free valid for three days from the date of activation. Additionally, every customer visiting the Centre will get goodies in every transaction. This offer remains in place till November 23.
Ncell customers visiting the Centre can acquire all services, ranging from general enquiry on products and services to SIM subscription to internet setting to various enterprise services from the newly opened Centre. The center also caters to customers need such as upgrading of their SIM cards to 4G, change of SIM and mobile number, modification of CUG numbers, biz plans, international roaming, bill payments, balance recharge and transfer, among many other services.
In line with its endeavor to provide world class quality service to valued customers, Ncell believes that opening of new centre will add great value to customers. The Centre provides customer service from 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week.
