Union Urja Developers to hold AGM on Oct 29

KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 15: Union Urja Developers Limited has scheduled its first annual general meeting (AGM) for October 29, 2024). The company’s board of directors, in a meeting held recently decided to hold the meeting at 2:00 PM at the company’s registered office.
The AGM will review and approve the financial statements, including the annual report for fiscal year 2023/24. It will also appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year and determine their remuneration. Additionally, the meeting will pass a proposal to appoint a company secretary.
A key item on the agenda is the transfer of the survey license for the 28.9 MW Hongu Khola Hydropower Project, promoted by Union Hydropower Limited, to Union Urja Developers Limited. The meeting will also authorize the board of directors to complete all required procedures for the acquisition of the project.
