KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 22: Sarwottam cement has opened share issue sale through book building system from today. This is the first time that shares have been issued in Nepal through Book Building.
The company plans to issue 6 million units of shares worth Rs 600 million to the general public. The very figure accounts for 12.9033 of the total paid-up capital amounting to Rs 4.65 billion.
Out of this total issue, 24,00,000 shares 940 percent each will be auctioned to the Qualified Institutional Investors at a maximum of Rs. 601.50 and a minimum of Rs. 401. The auction will open till November 26.
